What changes
More orders,without more ad spend.
Vague promises don't help you decide. Here's what this actually does to your traffic and what it costs you to get a customer.
- 01Ranking
Get your category pages ranking
Your category pages are where the money is. Someone searching "merino baby blankets nz" is closer to paying than someone searching your brand name. We get those pages in front of them, and we track the orders — not just the visits.
- 02Cost
Visitors you stop paying for one at a time
Every visitor an ad sends you costs money, and stops the day the budget does. A category page that ranks keeps sending the same shoppers next month, and the month after, for nothing.
- 03Structure
Fixed foundation
Stop your store competing with itself
Duplicate variants and filter URLs get tidied up properly, so your category pages rank instead of splitting the effort across near-identical copies of themselves.
Ecommerce SEO, explained
Stores rank differentlyto service businesses.
A tradie's site has a handful of pages. A store has hundreds of product pages, a category page per range, and filter URLs nobody meant to create. That changes the job entirely: you're ranking a structure, not a page.
The biggest problem is your store competing with itself. One product in five colours and three sizes can spit out fifteen URLs for the same thing, and a filtered view — in stock, under $50, size M — makes hundreds more. Google sees near-identical pages fighting each other, and your best page loses.
The other thing worth knowing: more people search for a type of product than for one exact model. Someone typing "waterproof hiking boots" wants a range, so it's the category page that ranks. Fix only your product pages and you're fighting for the smaller half of the shoppers.
You also share the results with overseas retailers who ship here and have deeper pockets. You won't out-spend them on generic terms. You can win what they've no reason to target — NZ sizing, local shipping and returns, and categories built the way New Zealanders actually search.

These are the same verified Google reviews as on our homepage. One is Andrew Schultz, who owns a small online store and saw web conversions rise 1125%. They were earned by the wider Digital Movement business rather than by the New Zealand company, and the rest are from other industries — shown honestly rather than dressed up as an ecommerce portfolio we don't have.
